Every registered customer earns points for their purchases.

Every one euro in the online store www.zoyafashion.ie equals 45 points.

Loyalty Program Rules

 Each €1 spent in our store equals 45 points in the loyalty program.

Points are credited after the package is shipped to the customer or collected at the company’s showroom in Bąkowo.

In case of product returns, a proportional amount of points will be deducted.

Additional points can be earned:

Newsletter sign-up: +100 points

Adding a review: +200 points

Points are valid for 365 days.

Once the discount threshold is reached, the discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart and remains valid for the rest of the settlement period.

Zoya Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1

These Terms & Conditions define the conditions of the "Zoya Loyalty Program" (hereinafter referred to as "the Program").

1.2

The Program is intended for registered customers making purchases on www.zoyafashion.ie. 

1.3

Any individual over the age of 18 with full legal capacity may join the Program.

1.4

The Terms & Conditions take effect upon publication.

1.5

Only customers with a registered account in the store can participate in the Program.

2.Joining the Program

2.1

Customers can join the Program by creating a user account in the online store www.zoyafashion.ie.

3.Zoya Loyalty Program

3.1

Registered participants earn points by making purchases at www.zoyafashion.ie.

3.2

Discounts are applied automatically in the cart once a customer reaches the required points threshold.

€1 spent = 45 points

3.3

The organizer reserves the right to deduct points from the customer’s account in case of product returns.

3.4

Points expire 365 days from the date they are earned. The expiration is counted separately for points earned from different activities, such as Newsletter sign-up.

The oldest points are used first.

3.5

Once the required number of points is reached, discounts are granted to customers according to thresholds. The discounts are automatically applied in the cart.

3.6

The percentage discount and the customer's account balance are not exchangeable for cash.

3.7

An additional 100 points are granted for signing up for the newsletter.

 3.8

200 points are added after leaving a review following a purchase.

4.Program Termination

4.1

The organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time.

In such a case, the organizer is obliged to post the relevant information on the website www.zoyafashion.ie

4.2

In the event of the suspension or termination of the program, the customer will be entitled to receive a discount if eligible.

5.Change of the Program Regulations

5.1

The organizer is entitled to make changes to the regulations at any time during the duration of the program.

5.2

In the event of changes to the regulations, the organizer will make the revised text available on the website www.zoyafashion.ie.

Logging into the store after the changes have been introduced will be considered acceptance of the new regulations.

5.3

Changes to the program rules do not entitle the customer to claim compensation or redress.

6.Acceptance and Implementation of the Regulations

6.1

These regulations shall be deemed accepted by the customer upon logging into the online store at www.zoyafashion.ie.
